What information do I need to provide to have a new CV, cover letter or LinkedIn profile written?
We will write your new CV from whichever source of information is most convenient for you. If you have an existing CV, that’s a great start. If you don’t have any CV, you can email the information or handwrite the details and email photos of the pages. We can also work from previous application forms or other profiles you may have available.

How much information should I provide?
At The CV Agency, we have seen and written thousands of CVs, cover letters, LinkedIn profiles and application forms. This means we are uniquely placed to work with minimal information, as well as to pare down long CVs to their concise essence. Send as much as you would like and we’ll do the rest. We’ll let you know if we need more details.
What happens if I don’t have a CV?
All CVs are written from scratch, even if you have an old CV.* You can provide the information by email or phone and we will make your new CV for you.
*If you have great content already, we’ll reuse it and may give you a price discount. You will be advised at the time of your enquiry if this applies to your document.
What if my current CV doesn’t need to be rewritten at all?
We will review if free of charge and let you know you have a great CV. The CV Agency believes in adding value to your documents and we don’t believe in change for change’s sake.
How long does it take?
The standard turnaround time is 2 – 3 working days. A rush service is also available, depending on availability. *An additional fee applies.
How will I receive my new documents?
Documents are delivered by email in Word and PDF formats. The Word format is fully editable.
Will I receive a hard copy of my CV?
The CV Agency does not provide printed copies and is a fully digital service. The vast majority of employers and recruiters only accept digital job applications.
